1. Why should I install a security system?
Can you imagine how our lives would be if there was no fear when we go to sleep, when we are about to take a bath, when we watch a movie at night, or even when we are away from our home? Daily, we face dozens of problems, certainly, none of us wants to worry about their safety. Thus, the protection of our property and our family must not be a part of our everyday problems. That is the reason why the installation of a security system has become demanding for everyone. Last but not least according to research, houses without an alarm system are 300% more likely to be robbed.
2. Is a security system easy to operate?
A security system should be user-friendly because it is addressed to each of us, regardless of age. So, do not worry! You do not have to be
tech-savvy, the only thing that every individual needs to remember is their 4-digit personal code. The certified & award-winning technological

3. Why a proper study of the place should be done for a fully effective and reliable security system?
For a security system to be 100% effective, a complete study of the premises should be done. Through this study, our fully trained personnel
will record all the vulnerabilities of the place. Also, during their investigation, they are going to propose a customized solution for your space.
4. How is the installation of a security system priced?
The final cost of a security system is adjusted according to the space. To be more exact, the price is formed based on the size of the place, its “openings”, and its general coverage needs.
5. What kind of maintenance does the security system need?
The only thing that a home security system needs is to replace the batteries during the scheduled dates. AXXON SECURITY’s products have a 2-year operating warranty, also the reminder for the batteries is going to be done by our company. Last but not least, along with replacing the batteries, AXXON SECURITY offers a holistic status check of the system to ensure its proper operation.
The subscription to the Central Monitoring Station, is the most important thing in an alarm system installation, as it provides services & capabilities that allow us to be aware of the status of our premises 24 hours per day. For example, in a dangerous situation such as burglary, there is immediate communication and notification of those responsible as well as communication with the police is provided. Furthermore, other important services that the station provides are the activation of the 24-hour fire, ambulance, and police services (emergency buttons), also an ambush code (in case of forced disarmament) is activated. Finally, there is constant information on any technical problems in the area (power outage, telephone, etc).
7. Why do I need to connect the alarm to the telephone line? What is happening if for some reason it is not provided?
It is no longer necessary to have a fixed telephone line for the safety of your communication with the central station. A secure connection can also be applied via the router or with GRPS which offers 24-hour coverage.
8. What is a GPRS/mobile network connection and why do we need this operation?
The connection via GPRS refers to the connection to the central station via the mobile network. Hence, in this way, the connection is 100% secured, and the communication with the central station is not affected by the wiring of the fixed telephony or the faults of the providers, also it is difficult to be violated by malicious actions.
9. Can I manage the security system from my smartphone?
Of course! The technological equipment that AXXON SECURITY uses, is available for remote use through applications for smartphones.
10. In case of a power outage, does the security system work properly?
In case of a power outage, the alarm system is autonomous for 24 hours. As long as the system is properly maintained (replacement of batteries), then the system will work normally without any problems or unwanted false alarms.
11. I own a pet, can I set an alarm system?
Using the proper technological products, you can easily leave your pet alone while your system is armed.
12. Can I arm my system while I am inside the house?
Of course! With the “stay/arming” function you can arm your place while you are inside of it, without any problem of moving from one room to another.
13. Why should we prefer a wireless alarm system over a cable one?
A wireless alarm system is able to make every “opening” in the room into an independent zone. In other words, if for some reason you want to unarm a balcony door or a window, you can arm everything else at the same time. Finally, the wireless devices do not use visible wiring to be connected.
14. I pay rent for my house; can I install a security system?
A security system can be installed in any kind of place. If you rent a place (for professional or business use), you can proceed to the installation of a fully functional alarm system. In case of a relocation, the entire system is also transferred to your new place.
